- FAQ blocks. Real customer questions answered in full sentences and marked up with FAQ schema, matching the way people phrase questions to assistants.
- Crawler access. robots.txt rules that let GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended read the site. A blocked crawler means that platform cannot cite you, period.
The field is wide open
Most local business websites have none of this. No schema beyond whatever a template spat out. No llms.txt. No FAQ markup. Answers locked inside PDFs and image sliders that crawlers cannot parse. The site was built to look good to a human on a phone, and nobody has looked at it through a machine's eyes since launch day.
